Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily nursing operations and provide leadership to nursing teams
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements:

  • Active NMC PIN and at least 2 years of post-qualifying experience
  • Positive attitude and commitment to quality improvement
  • Ability to develop innovative approaches to practice
  • Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate before starting work
  • Driving Licence preferred
