We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ward Sister/Charge Nurse to join our paediatric ward team at Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives.
Responsibilities
- To provide leadership and guidance to a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- To ensure the safe and effective delivery of patient care services, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of ward policies and procedures.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
