We are seeking an experienced Palliative Care Nurse to join our team at The Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth. As a Staff Nurse in our Hospice, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with life-limiting illnesses.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, including symptom management and pain control.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient care and services.
- Experience in palliative care or oncology, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practice.
