Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the food service sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team in South Gloucestershire and drive business growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing sales teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring sales staff, and driving revenue growth through effective sales tactics.
This is a leadership role, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals. The successful candidate will be able to analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop targeted sales plans to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure individual and team success.
- Analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities, and develop targeted sales plans to drive business growth.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including marketing and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, as set by management.
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the food service sector.
- Strong knowledge of the local market, including key players, trends, and competitors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop targeted sales plans.
- Valid UK driver's license, with a clean driving record.
