Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our commercial team in the South West. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth through new business development and account management, directly supporting our company's strategic growth plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Director.
  • Research and develop leads for potential clients and pursue active engagement.
  • Create and capitalize on new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring regular communication and addressing their ongoing needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a remote sales region.
  • A track record of successful sales in a B2B environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to develop creative solutions for client needs.
  • Strong experience in the HVAC industry with a familiarity with contracts and facilities managers.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
