Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting data into spreadsheets and creating reports

  • Using Zero Accountancy software and performing general office work using MS Office
Requirements:
  • Similar office experience and a strong understanding of administrative procedures
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and MS Office
  • Excellent customer service skills, as the role involves dealing with customer calls
  • GCSE level in both Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work Tuesdays and Thursdays each week (8 hours)
