* General administration including answering telephones
* Inputting into Spreadsheets
* Typing general reports
* Chasing debtors
* Typing and sending invoices
* Using Xero Accountancy software
* General office work using MS Office
The person
* Must have similar office experience
* Be familiar with spreadsheets
* Have a knowledge of MS Office
* Have some customer services experience as will be dealing with some customer calls
* Be educted to GSCE level in both Maths and English (or equivalent)
* Be able to work Tuesdays and Thursdays each week (8 hours per day)
