Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Marketing and Communications team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will work 16 hours a week, with some hours spent at our Head Office in Newport Pagnell every Monday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care, working closely with our advertising coordinator to support mailings and research on local businesses, and contributing to nursery open days, planning, and supporting nurseries with bespoke marketing materials. You will also assist the events coordinator with colleague communication, attendance lists, and event queries, and produce leaflets/posters for internal or external use.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer care and supporting the advertising coordinator with mailings and research.
- Contributing to nursery open days, planning, and supporting nurseries with bespoke marketing materials.
- Assisting the events coordinator with colleague communication, attendance lists, and event queries.
- Producing leaflets/posters for internal or external use.
- Monitoring website analytics and producing reports as required.
