We are seeking an exceptional individual to support our Marketing and Communications team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work 16 hours a week, with some hours to be worked from our Head Office in Newport Pagnell every Monday.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer care, have experience working in a similar position, and be a confident and effective communicator (verbal and written). They will also be a competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with some experience of using computer-based systems and databases.

The role will involve supporting our advertising coordinator with mailings and research on local businesses, contributing to nursery open days, planning and supporting nurseries with bespoke marketing materials, and supporting the events coordinator with colleague communication, attendance lists, and event queries.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing leaflets/posters for internal or external use, data analysis on various data sets, monitoring website analytics, and producing reports as required.
