Marketing and Communications Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Marketing and Communications team at Childbase as a Marketing and Communications Assistant. This is a fixed-term contract for 3 months, working 16 hours a week, with some hours to be worked from our Head Office in Newport Pagnell every Monday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care, working closely with our advertising coordinator to support mailings and research on local businesses, and contributing to nursery open days, planning and supporting nurseries with bespoke marketing materials that meet the information needs of our target audience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience of using computer-based systems and databases.
- Ability to analyze data and produce reports, including new parent enquiries, marketing campaign ROI, occupancy growth, and registrations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
