About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Adroit Staffing. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients and developing and executing digital PR and social media strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 4-6 clients, developing and executing digital PR and social media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead quarterly process meetings, creating campaigns that enhance brand awareness and search visibility.
  • Manage a team of 2-3 direct reports, driving their success and the agency's.
  • Contribute to new business development as part of the pitch team.
  • Analyse results, optimise strategies, and stay creatively and intellectually engaged to enhance brand communications in earned media.
