Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead 4-6 accounts, ensuring consistent KPI performance and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute digital PR and social media strategies that drive business results.
  • Oversee the quarterly StoryPlanning process, creating innovative ideas for brand awareness and search visibility.
  • Design and execute large-scale campaigns that meet client goals.
  • Participate in new business pitches and contribute to the agency's success.
  • Manage 2-3 direct reports, fostering their growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing high-profile PR and social media campaigns or digital PR campaigns.
  • Passion for brand communications in earned media and a creative approach.
  • Strong client relationships and ability to provide thoughtful advice.

Location: Oxford (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £57K
