Digital Waffle is seeking a seasoned PR Account Director to lead our growing team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital PR and social media strategies that drive business results for our clients. Your expertise in managing high-profile campaigns and building strong relationships with clients will be invaluable in this role. If you have a passion for brand communications and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns, we want to hear from you. Key responsibilities include: Leading Client Accounts

Develop and execute comprehensive digital PR and social media strategies that meet client objectives and drive business growth.

Collaborate with our creative and planning teams to develop innovative ideas and campaigns that maximize impact.

Manage and lead client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and delivering results that exceed client expectations.

Campaign Development

Design and lead large-scale campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they are on-brand, on-budget, and on-time.

Develop and implement creative strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.

Work closely with our creative team to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience.

Team Management

Manage and mentor a team of PR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Collaborate with our HR team to develop and implement training programs that enhance team skills and knowledge.

Contribute to the development of our agency's overall strategy and vision, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the digital PR and social media landscape. Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing high-profile PR and social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital PR and social media trends, including SEO, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, planning, and account management.
Location: Oxford (hybrid) Salary: Up to £57K
