Public Relations Director

Digital Waffle is seeking a seasoned PR Account Director to lead our growing team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for managing high-profile PR and social media campaigns, developing digital PR and social strategies, and leading large-scale campaigns from start to finish. Your expertise in earned media and brand communications will be invaluable in driving client success. If you have a passion for brand communications and a proven track record in managing high-profile campaigns, we want to hear from you. Key responsibilities include:

* Leading 4-6 accounts and ensuring we are continuously hitting KPIs and demonstrating impact to each client
* Developing digital PR and social strategies that help clients meet their business goals
* Leading the quarterly StoryPlanning process and developing creative insight-led ideas for fame and findability
* Designing and leading large-scale, KPI-busting campaigns from start to finish
* Managing 2-3 direct line reports and helping each one flourish and contribute to the agency's success

Requirements:

* Agency expertise in managing high-profile PR and social media campaigns or expertise in digital PR (search engine optimisation) campaigns
* A love for brand communications in earned media and a willingness to be imaginative and inquisitive
* The confidence and goodwill of clients, so that you can impact them with thoughtful advice

Location: Oxford (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £57K
