* Leading 4-6 accounts and ensuring we meet our KPIs and deliver impact to each client
* Developing digital PR and social media strategies that drive business results
* Collaborating with our Creative and Planning team to maximize campaign impact
* Designing and leading large-scale campaigns from start to finish
* Managing 2-3 direct line reports and helping them flourish

Requirements:

* Agency expertise in managing high-profile PR and social media campaigns
* Experience in digital PR and social media
* Strong brand communications skills and a love for earned media
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver thoughtful advice

Location: Oxford (hybrid)

Salary: Up to £57K
