Special Educational Needs Support Professional

This SEND Teaching Assistant position is an excellent opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic individual to make a tangible impact in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
You will work closely with pupils, helping them overcome challenges and thrive in their learning journey. This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide targeted support to pupils with SEND, including adapting learning materials and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support pupils' development and wellbeing.
- Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages progress and independence.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience supporting children with SEND, preferably with EHCPs.
- A patient and empathetic approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
The daily rate for this role is £90-£100 through PAYE, with opportunities for professional development and career growth in a supportive and collaborative working environment.
