Scheme Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Scheme Manager to oversee our Extra Care Schemes in Leeds and Wakefield. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Supporting residents aged 55+ in maintaining their independence
- Managing income collection processes to ensure timely payments
- Ensuring compliance with tenancy checks and regulations
- Investigating reports of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)
- Managing lettings and nominations processes to meet void targets
- Completing regular communal inspections to maintain high standards
- Carrying out health and safety checks to ensure a safe environment for residents
Requirements
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- UK driving license and access to own vehicle
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £34,600 per annum, plus a £2,000 car user allowance.
