Scheme Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Scheme Manager to oversee our Extra Care Schemes in Leeds and Wakefield. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting residents aged 55+ in maintaining their independence
  • Managing income collection processes to ensure timely payments
  • Ensuring compliance with tenancy checks and regulations
  • Investigating reports of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)
  • Managing lettings and nominations processes to meet void targets
  • Completing regular communal inspections to maintain high standards
  • Carrying out health and safety checks to ensure a safe environment for residents

Requirements

  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
  • UK driving license and access to own vehicle

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £34,600 per annum, plus a £2,000 car user allowance.
