Main Responsibilities

As a Registered Care Manager with Helping Hands, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our branch in Leeds. Your primary goal will be to ensure the branch operates efficiently, is profitable, and provides the highest standard of care to all customers. You will be the holder of the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and will ensure that it operates within CQC/CIW guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing carer numbers by actively recruiting new team members and guiding them through the recruitment process. You will also need to seek new business opportunities and support the commercial growth of the branch.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You will also need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience of working within the care sector at management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also required.
