Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Titanic Hotel Belfast.
As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are consistently met.
Main Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Operational Excellence
- Manage the efficient operation of food and beverage outlets, including menu planning, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Guest Experience
- Ensure exceptional guest service, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a similar hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
