Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Titanic Hotel Belfast.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation, including managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department, including staff supervision, inventory management, and quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Manage staff performance, provide coaching and training, and conduct regular appraisals.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a similar environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
