Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Titanic Hotel Belfast.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Food and Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality, service, and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our Food and Beverage outlets, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of Food and Beverage staff, including chefs, servers, and bartenders.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of Food and Beverage operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, guests, and suppliers.
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
