Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Titanic Hotel Belfast. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional service and lead by example to inspire your team to do the same.
- Manage Shifts: Effectively manage shifts to ensure that all food and beverage operations are running smoothly and that our guests receive prompt and attentive service.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure that all food and beverage standards are maintained, including food quality, presentation, and service.
- Train and Develop: Provide training and development opportunities to your team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and Control: Monitor and control all food and beverage operations, including inventory, stock levels, and waste management.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with your team, other departments, and guests to ensure that all needs are met and that our guests receive exceptional service.

Requirements:
