Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Titanic Hotel Belfast.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shifts, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of courtesy, service, and cleanliness in our food and beverage outlets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience: Ensure exemplary hospitality to guests at all times, serving food and beverage orders promptly and in accordance with hotel standards.
- Stock Management: Maintain adequate stock levels for food and beverage, ensuring minimal wastage and optimal inventory control.
- Liquor Control: Strictly maintain liquor control, completing ullage, transfers, and requisitions correctly, and ensuring compliance with hotel standards.
- Team Management: Supervise the collection of all monies, ensure accurate guest billing, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communication: Act upon opportunities to proactively upsell, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Leadership: In the absence of management, take responsibility for running the department to company standards, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in hospitality or a related field.
