Children's Mental Health Support Worker Opportunity
Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people? Do you have experience of working in a residential setting and hold a Level 3 qualification in Child and Young People's Workforce or equivalent?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at SuperCare Residential. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young residents, helping them to achieve their full potential and overcome challenges in their lives.
About the Role
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care and support to our young residents, including daily living tasks, education, and leisure activities.
- They will also be involved in key working, planning, and reviewing care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
- In addition, they will work closely with social workers, families, and other organizations to ensure seamless transitions and effective collaboration.
Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality care and support to young residents, including daily living tasks, education, and leisure activities.

Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification in Child and Young People's Workforce or equivalent.
- Experience of working with vulnerable children and young people in a residential setting.
- Enhanced DBS clearance and ability to register on the update service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
