Community Payback Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Pre-Placement Unpaid Work Induction sessions, ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed, and maintaining all service users' records in accordance with organisational requirements. They will also be responsible for ensuring that appropriate tools, equipment, and supplies are available in accordance with local procedure. Essential Experience: The ideal candidate will have effective inter-personal skills, with the ability to supervise people constructively while maintaining authority. They will also have knowledge of safety at work, public protection, and risk of harm in all aspects of work. Technical Requirements: The successful candidate will require a basic knowledge of First Aid and a willingness to undertake further training. They will also need a driving licence.
