About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at the Amex Lounge. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of the food and beverage service to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality food.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the Amex Lounge Manager to achieve sales revenue and targets for the department.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
