The Operations Administrator will provide critical support to the Director, Operations Oversight and the Crossing Operations and Maintenance team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including:
- Preparing and drafting corporate reports
- Tracking and monitoring initiatives related to handover reporting
- Assisting with document preparation and management
- Composing and delivering meeting minutes and summaries
- Administering electronic and physical databases and records
- Overseeing departmental scheduling, including arranging meeting locations and logistics
- Preparing and composing presentations and reports
The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of the department by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and/or delivered in support of team and organizational business strategies and objectives.
The incumbent will ensure that all department activities are conducted in accordance with the direction from the Director and in compliance with governing regulations and internal policies and procedures.
As a key member of the Operations team, the Operations Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director and team members.
