
Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Active Care Group. This part-time position will involve working across our Northampton sites, providing rehabilitation and residential services for up to 37 adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address complex needs
- Prioritize resident safety and well-being, ensuring their human rights are protected
- Develop and deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support for residents
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to security procedures
Requirements and Qualifications:
- HCPC registration and BPS membership
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Proven experience in neuropsychological assessment and treatment
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
