Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Therapist to join our team. As a Dental Therapist, you will play a key role in the provision of quality dentistry services to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical support to our dentists and hygienists, ensuring that patients receive high-quality treatment and care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical support to dentists and hygienists, including taking impressions, preparing teeth for treatments, and assisting with surgical procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, taking into account medical histories, dental conditions, and personal preferences.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, working closely with patients to ensure they understand and are satisfied with their care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Rodericks Dental Partners' standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised qualification in dental therapy or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Dental Therapist, preferably in a similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong clinical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
