Job Description

An exceptional individual is sought to lead the Immunology Training Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving learner supervision, assessment, and experience, as well as engaging faculty and ensuring effective educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective educational programmes to support the achievement of curriculum competencies.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure high standards of education and training.
  • Ensure that objectives are met within budget and contribute to budget savings when required.
  • Provide accurate guidance to trainees on OOP/IDTs/LTFT/acting up applications.
Requirements
  • Commitment to national vision, policies, and processes for effective educational quality management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
