About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Manager to join our team at The Smartlist. As a key member of our property development team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing land for development, working closely with our stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing land as part of a team and managing all relevant pre-construction activities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and acquire new land opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with landowners, agents, and other external partners
  • Managing the due diligence process, including site investigations and feasibility studies
  • Coordinating with our development team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in land development or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of property law and development processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
