About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Manager to join our team at The Smartlist. As a key member of our property development team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing land for development, working closely with our stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing land as part of a team and managing all relevant pre-construction activities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and acquire new land opportunities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with landowners, agents, and other external partners
- Managing the due diligence process, including site investigations and feasibility studies
- Coordinating with our development team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in land development or a related field
- Strong knowledge of property law and development processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
