**Teaching Assistant Position:**


We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill a Teaching Assistant role in our specialist secondary school provision in Knutsford.


This full-time position involves working closely with a group of five Year 8 pupils with SEMH needs, providing personalised support to foster academic and personal growth.


As a Teaching Assistant, you will contribute to the execution of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and implement effective behaviour management strategies to encourage students' engagement and advancement.


This long-term role begins as soon as possible, with the possibility of a permanent school contract after a successful trial period.


While SEMH experience is beneficial, we are open to candidates with a willingness to learn and adapt in a SEMH setting.


The successful candidate will receive £83.85+ per day, with the potential for a HLTA vacancy and corresponding compensation for the right individual.
