We are thrilled to partner with a dynamic and forward-thinking group of SEMH independent schools to recruit an experienced Senior Leader for the role of Deputy Headteacher.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will serve as a core member of the school's senior leadership team, setting a standard of excellence and a clear moral purpose. They will assist the Headteacher in strategic leadership and day-to-day management, shaping an inclusive and high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a key member of the school's senior leadership team, driving academic standards and pupil progress.
- Assist the Headteacher in shaping and implementing the School Development Plan, ensuring effective school improvement.
- Oversee the curriculum, managing staff and resources to meet school objectives and enhance educational outcomes.
- Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
- An experienced Senior Leader with a proven track record in school improvement and leadership.
- A deep understanding of the OFSTED framework and independent school standards.
- Expertise in safeguarding, curriculum planning, and staff management.
- A strong leader in behavior management, setting high behavior standards across the school.
- Experience supporting students with SEND effectively.

This is an incredible opportunity for a skilled Senior Leader looking to make a significant impact in a supportive and values-driven environment. The estimated salary for this role is £52,500 - £57,500, based on location and industry standards.
