Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Technical Account Manager to join SCM Group at our UK location.

This role is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients across the UK and Ireland, selling SCM products, organizing client visits, leading product demonstrations, and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients across the UK and Ireland
  • Sell SCM products by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Organize and conduct client visits to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Lead product demonstrations to showcase SCM's industry-leading technologies
  • Manage administrative tasks like purchase orders, sales records, and credit management
  • Collaborate with our UK team and Italy-based corporate team to enhance service quality and contribute to strategic improvements
