Sales Account Manager

The ideal candidate will meet individual sales targets by value, product type, and profitability in a dynamic work environment. This role involves selling engineering and welding products to new and existing customers through practical hands-on demonstration and sales skills.
About the Position:
- Reach sales and profit targets for individual named accounts with some prospecting for new business.
- Ensure an efficient and satisfactory supply and service to customers.
- Organise and execute account planning, maximising customer-facing time and reducing travel.
- Fulfill company policies, specifically Health & Safety regulations.
- Use historical data and market trends to support customers' growth.
- Owning named accounts, addressing client issues raised, revenue, and product mix.
- Manage the Company's assets on loan or rent to customers.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in welding, capable of demonstrating equipment and consumables.
- Able to understand the significance of shielding gases in welding and its added value.
- Hold a valid driving license.
- Knowledge of sales principles and strategies.
- Expertise in building relationships and delivering solutions.
- Technical field experience with a background in business development or account management.
Approximate Annual Salary: $65,000 - $85,000.
