We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at FirstPort (UK). As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across England, Wales, and Scotland.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide timely and expert advice to customers through various communication channels, including calls, emails, and web chat.
* Collaborate with internal departments, specifically Property Managers, to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
* Liaise with contractors and suppliers to maintain open dialogue and ensure accurate information is provided.
* Categorize customer interactions to identify friction points and opportunities for service improvements.
* Communicate with teams to update on live events and support customer queries.
* Raise maintenance orders and liaise with contractors as necessary.
* Ensure internal databases are updated accurately and regularly.
* Handle customer payments securely and confidentially.
**Requirements:**
* Demonstrable experience of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Confident and articulate communication skills, both orally and in writing.
* Ability to build relationships with customers and clients.
* Efficient administration and record-keeping skills.
* Property management experience is desired but not essential.
