Business Process Improvement Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Improvement Lead to join our team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work on high-profile business process improvement projects within the Health Research Authority (HRA) portfolio.
The successful candidate will have expertise in business analysis, process mapping, user journey mapping, and the use of related tools. Experience in conducting feasibility studies, performing current/future state and gap analyses, and creating detailed documentation and user stories is essential.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing process improvements, and evaluating their effectiveness. You will also contribute to the development, delivery, and support of complex solutions within the HRA's portfolio of national information systems for health research.
The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive team environment.
