This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Manager and lead the implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles across our Bristol plant. As a CI Manager, you will be responsible for creating a culture of continuous improvement and driving process excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of CI strategies and projects supporting business goals from Policy Deployment and Voice of the Customer across the Bristol plant.
  • Ensure Work-Out, Lean Six Sigma, Process Management and RCM improvement models are applied consistently across the Bristol plant through combination of audits and meetings to deliver better value.
  • Deliver sustainable improvements in customer experience, productivity & efficiency, staff engagement and in the shortest possible time whilst identifying and tracking real and auditable financial benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CI and Lean Six Sigma, Process Management and RCM tools with leadership across organizations.
  • Role model in all activities the 6P's of Lean Leadership – Partnering, Process, Performance, People, Purpose and Problem Solving.
  • Confidence and motivation to act as ambassador for CI and build Lean Leadership capability in others through coaching, training, and facilitating interventions.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
