About the Role:

We seek an experienced ServiceNow Developer for our client's team.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing complex ServiceNow integrations, developing custom workflows, and improving IT service management processes.

This position involves initial on-site onboarding, followed by remote work with occasional office visits. It is an Inside IR35 role with a 3-months, extendable contract.

Key Requirements:
  • Integration Expertise: Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with various third-party systems.
  • ITSM Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT Service Management, including Service Asset Management and IT Service Continuity.
  • SSO Integrations: Experience with SSO solutions like OKTA and Active Directory.
  • Discovery Tools: Proficiency with discovery tools on Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
  • APM Experience: Background in Application Portfolio Management.
  • Scrum Methodology: Familiarity with Scrum practices.
  • Workflow Design: Skills in creating and optimizing workflows and floor designs.
  • Scripting: Expertise in client-side and server-side scripting.
  • JavaScript & Customization: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.
  • Power BI: Knowledge of Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
