About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HR specialist to join our team at Axiom Software Solutions Limited. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing ServiceNow HRSD Employee Journey Lifecycle events, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, and Self-Service modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and Manage ServiceNow HRSD: Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD Employee Journey Lifecycle events, ensuring seamless integration with other HR systems.
  • Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Modules: Implement and manage Incident, Problem, and Change modules, ensuring efficient issue resolution and change management.
  • Develop and Maintain Service Catalogue: Design and develop a comprehensive Service Catalogue, enabling employees to access and request HR services.
  • Implement Employee Centre Pro: Implement and manage Employee Centre Pro, providing a centralized platform for employee self-service and HR management.
  • Implement Employee Document Management: Design and implement Employee Document Management, ensuring secure and efficient storage and retrieval of employee documents.
Desirable Skills
  • Integration Experience: Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems via REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, Mulesoft, etc.
  • ServiceNow Scripting and Web Technologies: Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and web technologies, including JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, Jelly, Angular JS, Bootstrap, XML, and HTML.
  • Certifications: Certified ServiceNow system administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD.
  • Jira/Confluence Experience: Experience with Jira/Confluence, including workflow management and collaboration tools.
