Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills and experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with various third-party systems.
  • Develop custom workflows and improve ITSM processes.
  • Collaborate with the business team to deliver advanced ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Deep understanding of IT Service Management, including Service Asset Management and IT Service Continuity.
  • Experience with SSO solutions like OKTA and Active Directory.
  • Proficiency with discovery tools on Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Background in Application Portfolio Management.
  • Familiarity with Scrum practices.
  • Skills in creating and optimizing workflows and floor designs.
  • Expertise in client-side and server-side scripting.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.
  • Knowledge of Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
