The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SEN teacher to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will possess qualified teacher status and have experience working with SEN students in educational settings or other environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Designing and delivering tailored lesson plans to meet the unique needs of students with SEN.
  • Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEN.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adapting teaching methods accordingly.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have qualified teacher status and relevant experience working with SEN students. You should also possess excellent classroom management and behavior control skills, confidence when supporting students with additional needs, and a DBS on the update service. We can assist with the application process for the DBS check.
