We offer a competitive salary aligned with your experience and qualifications, ranging from £28,000 to £42,000 per annum.

Job Description

Your role will involve developing specialized skills in behavior management, differentiated learning, and inclusive teaching. You will collaborate with therapists, teaching assistants, and parents to create impactful learning experiences that support emotional, social, and academic development.

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and create a classroom environment that prioritizes safety, inclusion, and positive reinforcement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in teaching or supporting children with SEN is essential.
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent is required.
  • Tailor teaching strategies to meet a wide range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and Global Developmental Delay.
