National Nuclear Laboratory Careers is a leading organization in the nuclear industry, and we are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team. We are looking for a Junior/Senior/Principal Human Factors Assessor to work on a diverse portfolio of projects at the forefront of science.

About This Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Human Factors team and contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Factors, Psychology, Ergonomics, or a related discipline, as well as effective communication skills and the ability to obtain SC level security clearance.

Job Responsibilities:

As a member of our Human Factors team, you will work in multi-disciplinary teams to define, implement, test, and justify the role operator in high-hazard environments. You will be required to communicate complex information effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver projects.

Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
