As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, working closely with our warm and friendly team to create a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide training and development opportunities for care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
