Care Support Professional

At Avery Healthcare, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high standards of personal care, creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, identifying any changes that may impact care and updating care plans accordingly.
Support residents with their medication requirements, ensuring accurate administration and recording.
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement person-centred care plans, promoting independence and dignity.
Act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and visitors, addressing concerns and escalating issues as necessary.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
An NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
2 years' experience working in a similar care environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
Flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities.
