About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this rewarding role, you'll be responsible for providing dignified personal care, assisting with daily activities, and promoting independence among our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with mealtime, including serving and feeding residents
- Supporting residents with mobility and transferring needs
- Encouraging independence and enabling residents to participate in daily activities
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
