About the Role

As a Senior Carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care and support to our residents, including medication management, cooking, and dementia care. You will work closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Manage medication and administer as required
  • Cook and prepare meals for residents
  • Provide dementia care and support, including activities and stimulation
  • Deputise for the Lead Senior Support worker as required
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
