Belong is a leading provider of person-centered care for older adults, specializing in dementia care. As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team in Newcastle Under Lyme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and medication management.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of dignity and respect within the care team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the care team to create and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Deputize for the Lead Senior Support Worker as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
