Job PurposeThe successful candidate will be responsible for raising awareness of our care homes and generating new enquiries. This will involve working closely with our Head of Marketing and other industry professionals to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our care homes and services.
- Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence and develop a content calendar to engage with our target audience.
- Marketing Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
- Platform Management: Manage our online presence on third-party platforms, ensuring that our content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Copywriting and Proofreading: Develop high-quality content for our marketing campaigns, including press releases and award entries.
- Public Relations (PR): Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets to promote our care homes and services.
- Events: Organise and manage events to promote our care homes and services.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with our care home managers, providing support and guidance on marketing and promotional activities.
- A degree or diploma in marketing and/or business.
- A proven track record in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Results-focused with a keen eye for detail.
- IT literate with experience of using marketing software.
